Authorized shares raised to 200 Million last annual mtg.
I believe your figures on actual outstanding shares are accurate.
Some folks may be concerned about the potential for issuing a bunch
more shares. My own opinion is that the company wanted the authorization to issue such should the right deal come along, such
as a large equity participation by one or more of the biggies whose
names they are currently dropping. Should they do so, they would not
hear a bit of complaint from me.

Thanks. I guess the difference between your figure of 97 million and 109 million is small change between friends.

Just meet a fellow that bought $10,000 worth of EDIG at 6 cents. Sold on a wild day when the stock fluctuated around $3. Made him a nice "cool" tax free $500,000 due to some tax switching from a 401k IRA into Roth account in a transaction that I don't understand. Anyway he cleared tax free 1/2 million just a few months. We all want to do that too, right?
