Rambi, Guess what I'm doing this weekend, too? Well at least it is raining out.

Can't help other than say I have a lotus spread sheet set up and try and fill in trades every couple weeks. As you have discovered it is a bitch going back and doing it all in one slug.

I'm also dreaming up a good excuse for another extension. -g- I was thinking about saying all my records were sitting on a kitchen table about 40 miles north of Managua, when all of a sudden:

cnn.com

Sounds better than my old standby about the dog. -g-

Hi Rambi!

How desperate are you?

Worst case (assuming all gains/losses are short term), calculate your return, post the gain (or loss) on Sch D, write in "see Attached" on the first line of Sch D where your individual trades should appear, and attach a copy of your brokerage statement.

Your taxes will be accurate, and IF they question the return, take the time to properly fill out the form at that point.

Return = Ending balance less beginning balance less cashflow (money in is pos. cashflow; money out is neg cashflow) less int. and div.

Good Luck.
