WJMT, next week should see more excitement if the financing comes through as expected. If the terms are beneficial to shareholders, we'll get back in the teens shortly IMO. The real test will be the 4th quarter. If the revenues and earnings from just Lifetime Learning itself come in close to what has already been conservatively projected - we'll have a valuable stock in TSIG. It already sounds like the Lifetime deal is off to a great start. When I factor in all the other deals TSIG has going - the future looks very promising. The next 4 months will be decisive - make or break - IMO. I think we'll make it - and then
some. :~):~)

Regards,

Phil

WJMT, quiet boards are not the worst thing in life. That has certainly been proved here over and over. I am anxious to see the terms of the financing. I personally am not expecting to see a $.23 floor. That number was promulgated by someone who has questionable motives. Did you notice the information coming from RG seemed a little more sedate than in REW's previous reports? I suspect as the company gets nearer to real revenue, RG will gain confidence in the substance of the company. One day the numbers will speak for themselves--positively! Regards, Suzanne
