Steve, i see a great advantage that IDT has over even the first tier ISPs is that IDT has an operating internet telephony network. IDT is focused on being profitable, hence it is not IDT's practice to give service away. if it ever chooses to do so, it can easily offer a very minimal long distance charge for its ISP customers. this incentive will bring in more ISP customers than the free PCs or the next-to-nothing rate with which MSFT is threatening AOL. not directly related to IDT, but here is Matt Ragas's view regarding MSFT's bluff: ragingbull.com
