You have to admit that the weak points that Gary just mentioned. The deal that ITEC made with venture capitals seemed not too good for the company and the shareholders. If company wanted to get the money, they should have set the shares as restricted and also can only guarantee certain price advantage if the stock price dropped at the time of restricted time is mature. Yes, I think ITEC has some big risks here. So I will be more cautious here though. Good luck!!
