It was expressed to me and I asked several times..."If I purchase more shares on Monday will they still be eligible for the 1:1 transfer?" The answer was "Yes, any shares bought/buy up to the Sept. date qualify for the tranfer, but that you do need to submit (or your broker) the Transmital letter by that date. Ms. Cleveland added that Tom was in NY, and they seem to be handling more GBIX calls than IVTX...I asked why that was and she said that this had come down so fast that GBIX was not staffed enough to handle all the calls. I got the impression that Tom wears many hats and that whatever he was doing in NY took precedent over IR calls. Very pleasant woman I might add. She also encouraged me to hang on to my shares as they right now were a value to the THCLV shares...Buying more Monday...

Good luck all!
