Good point blkjk7!! if this "E" is not taken care by August 12th, it would be wise to hold off the news release. Even better to wait until after the 10Q report come out so the general public and newbees can get access to up-to-date info.

Not a BAD idea....hmmm....but hopefully the E will be gone before the PR is scheduled to come out. Given the attention this gorilla thing has been given it may be just as harmful to put off announcement. The fact is the E thing HAS been resolved as far as I am concerned. Food for thought though.
