Re: What does this mean? "tens of thousands" for EACH speed grade or "tens of thousands" for ALL speed grades have been shipped?

...executives have said. The company expects to make hundreds of thousands this quarter and will have the ability to make 1 million by the fourth quarter.

We'll find out tomorrow. But if they've made only "tens of thousands" total so far, "hundreds of thousands" this quarter makes for a busy 7 weeks. Maybe someone with FAB experience can comment. Are ramp ups hockey stick curves? Is it likely that they've gone from 2 thousand a week for the last 7 weeks or so to 20 thousand a week starting now?

It's hard to believe that they could have 20,000 650MHZ parts already made. I'd be thrilled with 1,000 at this point.

Other postings have claimed that AMD was holding off the rollout until they had 100,000 parts on hand or shipped.

We'll find out Monday
