Hmmm ... calling the BLM and paying for a researched scenario and paying to verify the registrations in Delaware is verification. I just donot understand to amount of force behind the nays sayers about the HGP being put into field operation. Seems that will ounce and for all put an end to all this debating confusion of it this process is valid or not. The claims appear to have potential and the process will get its chance. SO I am totally confusion on the select number of nays that are obessed with this event happening. There are no revenues, the companies are new, they stated the sole prupose to all this is to field test the HGP, etc. etc. SO I am confused. :-) GB
