Gerry, I think it might be closer to a father (ASL) sell's his son (TCA) his car for $5K(few years old) and lends him the money, the son gets into a accident and totals the car so the father agrees to buy back the car for $15K(his son needs some money for university). This analogy seems more along the lines of what has happened here, I only have a small position here, any time an investor's relations guy is around it makes me nervous, I don't think we will hear from Jason for awhile...
