Looks like the cost of revenue has gone down as well while re-establishing revenues. Glad to see them come out with quarterly numbers a little earlier than thought.

Gordon,
The goodwill is listed as noncash. Thus, it will not hurt the balance sheet. TSSW now has over 5 million in cash - " current assets ". The shareholders approved the vote. CEO now largest shareholder in the company. Company could have spread out this noncash charge over several years.
Sent an email to the CEO for details. He has answered my email in the past.
Bottom line - This was a good qtr. Company is turning the corner. Should see revenue increase by at least 150% in the next 2 qtrs not counting any revenue from CardWare. . Diamond Modem deal which should start this qtr . . and compaq sales which should also start this qtr. Still waiting on some product announcements.
