This stock has been trading in a flat line for a long time..does anyone thinks it will rise again as it has in the past. I have been a long term holder for about 4 years and I have never seen a period of stagnation like this.

IMO exactly the opposite is true. If the FED doesn't raise now they will not be able to as the control price of oil is the only inflation game in town right now. If we do not have an extreme winter good bye to $20 a barrel oil.

It is so obvious to me that Greenspan is an opportunist and can not wait to take that forced 1/2 point asian flu lowering he did end of last year. And now with Robert Rubin out of the way he has no nemesis to raising.
