Robert, OT I am not that familiar with all the factually things with regards to investing. Hence I was asking the question. I realized my feelings for a company was negative and that I sought for the companies stock to go down not to just make money but for personal reasons. Hence I wasn't sure if this would be termed bad in the eyes of whomever has authority in these matters? In these days (all the legal mombo-jumbo) sometimes one cannot be too careful. Sean
