We had little to no follow through on the what you call a capitulation. Frankly what the houses have for a price means little to nothing to me. AOL has a price target of 200 by years end, I don't see it happening for AOL the same change could happen to QCOM. It all depends on the general market as I pointed out. Right now the winds of change are blowing the wrong direction.
