Hi Cheryl,

Glad you are posting here again. Isn't it great that Ken and Bearcub are no longer posting here. Even if they do, lets just ignore them.

As you know, I am a "polly", and have not made ANY plans to store water or food or any other supplies. But I respect your right to be more contented by taking precautions. I am not preparing for Y2k problems, or for that matter for hurricane, tornado, flood, drought, earthquake, pestulance, ice storm, lighting strikes, hailstorms, nuclear disasters, terrorist attacks etc.

With regard to Y2K problems, I have documented my reasons with post # 7456 which received very little response.

I have always admired your research and your commitment to your friends and to your family. Whatever happens, you have done all you could do.

See you on the other side...

Jim

folks with artesian wells don't live alone, silly girl. i posted mucho earlier i'm in a community of under 1,000.

you asked why are 3 artesian wells better than 1? because 2 of them are contingency artesian wells silly. have fun in oregon's armpit of redneck fervor down there in the hills outside of...well, flatsville knows where.

you don't get it do you? for those of us who do remember the totality of the 'ark' story pointed out earlier here today by agnostic, rarebird, GOD shut the ark door, not man. if man had shut it, man would have reopened it to pounding banshees and wailers like those who will be dying, and not from lack of water if there is another flood :) that is if they escape our own us troops looting and pilaging up and down I-5.

one can listen or one can 'boat away." we listened first, and THEN MOVED. and there are 1000 people who are glad we are here! oh, plus you, makes 1,001 (vvbg)
