Because no one is expecting the dollar to continue its decline. Hardly anyone is expecting the Inflation Data to continue accelerating. Hardly anyone views the most recent decline in the US Stock and Bond Markets to continue. It's only a correction, right? The Fed will come to the rescue again, lower interest rates, and save the financial system and global economy? Everything is still beautiful and hunky dory, right? The Fed is really behind the curve here, right?
