(1)Would welcome you pointing out where I distort or is your interpretation the final judgement for distortion?

(2) What do you mean ...not pass legal muster? Nothing was illegal with their offer. The only question is, was anyone stupid enough to fall for their win-win situation. The only way this outfit would exercise this option would be for the stock to increase above 11.50. Once the stock was offered in this transaction, the shareholder had no option but solely was in the hands of these bandits. Basically, they would be getting a free-ride with the hope that WAVX broke above 11.50.
(3)Yeah! Sure. You like critical commentary about as much as having a root canal.
(4)I have posted time and again what other companies are doing in this area that WAVX is going to dominate....the ecommerce market is growing and will continue to grow, but if you don't think the likes of IBM and other major players are formidable opponents I would suggest that you and all the wild deer stay out of the highway when you see the headlights coming.

Seriously 24. I readily concede that the e-commerce market is huge and will get larger. My questions is WHY haven't any major OEM's stepped to the plate. If the likes of HAUP have come on board, are you telling me that the IBM's of the world are not smart enough to see what HAUP sees. Or could it just be that the HAUP's of this world are just looking and hoping since they have nothing to lose and even you must agree that with HAUP not being able to show sequential quarterly revenue growth....they ain't going to be the deployment vehicle that will make WAVX investor's millionaires.

24, remember! The OEM's are getting the WAVX product for FREE and no majors have asked them to dance. WHY?
