Well, first of all, if you extend that proposed ACT backward you will see it cuts through some previous price bars. That makes it unusable as an acceleration.
If there is no ACT at the beginning of the launch yo have to go to progressively more recent areas to find if one exists somewhere. I get a probable ACT on 3/31 and 4/1 with a T2 on 3/19.
L2 on 3/8 follows the typical H&S construction.
2 consecutive closes over the IL on 4/12 and 4/13 with no higher close after that. A quick return to the ACT on 4/19 and the RR takes it over the IL again to close over it on 4/26 and 4/27.
It returned to the ACT again on 5/24 and on this second time the ACT did not hold.
Chartwise, I get nothing but down for it with the occasional technical bounce to a lower high.
