Hi Steve,

My feeling is that with this downturn in the NETS only the best of the breed will survive and more forward. Overall, I think the market is looking for some excuse to drop ie. China devaluation or interest rate hike of more that 25 basis points. When YHOO goes under $100, I for sure will be scooping some up.

Cancellation of IPO's is a good sign but until we see some panic selling to initiate margin calls (most retail folks have bought NETS on margin - or should I say are told to do so by the Traders--low interest rates high returns) across the board to clean some of the remaining access in the market.

Regards,

Steve - I think there's good reason to be cautious in this market. Interest rates are definitely on people's minds/lips and the y2k thing also looms a tad.

Somewhere in here is longterm opp - question is where?

Patiently...Peter
