Does anyone have information about the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC)?

Web-site, Phone Number, Email and Postal Address?

I can't seem to find anything on the Internet.

Thank you,

YAHOO POST #1811 of 1813

I was wondering if anyone in B.C. has a contact in the BC SEC. What I want to know is are the records public in the TT case. If so can someone up there get them. We need to know what happened and need proof, solid proof against René.

It is time for this game to end. René has been winning this game for too long. We sit here and bitch but really do nothing to stop him. He has gotten away with so much you wonder how he does it. Well it is time to turn this game around. René has made so many enemies that I am sure someone who was once close to him must have some kind of dirt on him. We need proof and I know it is out there, I have talked to some who claim they have it. What we need is to actually get the proof and use it to our advantage.

Some of you may not know what is really going on and others are very well informed. The fact is René was greedy and wanted full immunity from all present and future contracts. He also wanted more money. ISM said no way. Can you blame them.

You must know René personally to understand how he works. He is a ruthless man who will step on anybody who gets in his way. He will go as low as screwing his best friends. Just ask Nathan Jacobson, this man did very much for René he even lent him construction equipment and people to get things going. How did René pay him back he screwed his friend just like he did to everyone else.

Right now there is a power struggle between ISM and René. You see ISM has accumulated a very large amount of stock and is trying to get René out but René will not go away. René is dirty and will do whatever it takes to stay in. His greed is what has killed us. He is not a nice guy by any means. He buys and trades this stock illegally, he is being investigate for skimming off the transfer stations. That is why there is a cease trading of the stock in B.C.

If René is allowed to trade again he will again screw the shareholders with his new deal with the European fund. This deal is only good for René. Believe me when I tell you it is not in your best interest. René has swindled this company for too long it is time we screw him.

ISM will be good for everyone involved they can come in with $200, whereas René will bring in only $25 million and add 300 million more shares to TT. What then? A reverse split. René still in control. Is this what we want. I know I don't.

Kevin Simpson has been working very hard , traveling all over trying to set up deals for plants and waste. This man will accomplish more in one year than René has in 15 years.

René has lost all respectability in the business world. He is known as a crook and a cheat. He can not be trusted and cannot be permitted to run OUR company anymore. It is time to pull all the dirt out on him and use it against him. We have many people on these boards who have contacts or know people who René has screwed. Let's change the way we have handled things in the past and lets pool our resources together, and dig up as much dirt as we can. It is time he pays for dirty ways. Let's see him to jail.

YAHOO POST #1812

I believe all records are public info, a visit to the BCSC would be wise IMHO.

I believe you can go right back to the first day TT traded on the VSE, whether they have kept records since TT moved to US Trading status I am unsure although I bet they have a nice thick file from VSE days in the least.

A quick call would give you the in's and outs of said info here is the link to the site.

To all, the following was posted on the Yahoo! thread (#1993):

"Charges are expected against a Langley-based bio-waste firm after B.C.'s Minisstry of Environment discovered that a number of Chilliwack dairy farmers who supply milk to the Lower Mainland had untreated and potentially hazardous waste dumped on their land

Investigators are now probing the affairs of Thermo Tech Technologies of Langley after discovering so-called organic waste was dumped at the farms. The owners were unaware it was untreated and potentially hazardous to livestock and ground water.

The problem could be so serious that milk may be pulled from the shelves if it is found the untreated waste was ingested by cows that supply milk to B.C.'s milk marketing board, sa industry insiders.

<snip>

One farmer who had the waste dumped into his manure pit said he was duped into thinking hte sludge was environmentally approved: 'They told me it was all organic and okay'.

<snip>

As for Thermo Tech president Rene Branconnier, he said he was unaware of the investigation: 'I know nothing about what you're talking about. Sorry I can't help you, have a good day.'
