blankmind,

I would like to know why the company thinks that this is not floorless. What did they tell you?? Is it becaue of the the fixed number of shares that can dilute the stock? If so, is the number of shares that dilute the stock fixed or is the number of shares the note holders receive fixed? That is the key. Is this a floorless in disquise?? I am not questioning what the company told you, but of course they are going to put things in best light.

I agree that the prefferred holders make out if the stock price goes up, as they can convert at $8.xx. But the sure way to garuntee a better return is to short.
