It is in one's own selfish interest to preserve the planet- one has to be stupid not to see that. At the moment we are all pretty much confined here, together. It is, truly, a life raft. Now I do not have a strong opinion on global warming- I took meteorology as did my husband- I suspect not many other people here have. I understand the inherent problems in making hard and fast conclusions in this area. By the time conclusions can be made it will probably be too late to do much.,

So it makes sense to me that we limit emissions as much as possible- since we do NOT know what we are doing. We are probably more likely to wreck the planet carrying on in our wasteful ways, then we are if we try to cut back, scale down, conserve and clean up our act.
