charred, If you had been following this saga closely, you would known the answer. Crystallex seeks to have resolutions from MEM (granting mining rights) reversed, in alignment with past Supreme Court rulings favorable to Crystallex. At the moment, Placer Dome (via Minca) only has contracts-of-work, the expiry dates of which I do not know. Care to share with the forum how many ribbon-cutting ceremonies Placer Dome has had? No one can tell who (if anyone) will eventually extract gold from Las Cristinas 4&6, nor when. Just as no one knows where the price of gold will go.
