OT Regarding conflict of interest, I'm facing a bit of a quandry with ETT and GHV having a common Chairman. ETT was essentially created by GHV to take some of the debt off the balance sheet and put it into "separate" Reit. Similar play with VC and VTR didn't end well. EBITDAR coverage is 1.8x and GHV recently got cash in from another investor so I think the risk reward [ETT pays 16+% div with good FFO coverage] justifies, yet the piggybank potential haunts me a bit. I know you've done some digging in the REIT patch [Congrats on HRP], so I thought I'd share this.
