Fred,

I know you said no need to respond but I would like to state a few things. I've been in FNTN for around two years (I think). My first position was when it was around $.35, that might give you a frame of reference. When I first bought in I really didn't have much of an idea where they were headed. After getting frustrated with no progress or news I sold part of my position. That was shortly before the run to $2.25. Needless to say I wasn't real happy I jumped too soon. Towards the of last year I almost got out entirely because, like you pointed out, they never get anything done on time. The only reason I hesitated was because they were making progress, albeit slow. Then towards the end of last year and the beginning of this year I saw significant improvements in their internet site. This gave me hope. I do believe that delivering things on time builds credibility and to this end they have not been effective. I guess the 15th may tell if they've improved in this area, however it is out of their control and if it wasn't a reasonable date it should not have been mentioned in the first place. I work in the Information Technology field and believe in the current and future potential of inter/intranets. I also believe many people really don't understand how we're on the verge of a new revolution. Much like when air conditioning came along, Walter Cronkite said it was the single most important invention in the last century because it transformed us from an outdoor to an indoor based society. I thought that was pretty profound. Guess what, the internet is doing the same thing and so will intranets. Can I give a concrete reason why I'm still in this stock, it depends on how you define concrete, but the main reason is, I think I understand some of the potential of the revolution we're currently in and FNTN has made drastic improvements over the last half year. Am I please with their progress, not really, I'd like to see it more timely and I've sent some email to MS stating this. But like has been stated before, I knew it was a gamble coming in and I want to stick around the craps table until my chips run out or I make some decent money. I apologize for the long winded response and I'm sure I didn't answer your question but just wanted to say my piece. Good luck in what ever you decide to do. This was not an attempt to persuade anyone one way or the other on FNTN, I was just stating my opinion.

Bill
