Jens, might be helpful to excerpt a paragraph or two from the filing (including page numbers) and highlight in bold type the most important sentences, as I did earlier with BDE, in addition to providing the EDGAR link. These filings are long and someone unfamiliar with them might not easily find what you refer to. Regards--

Jens, I can't find anything incriminating in the DUSA filing. Dilution from the shares being sold is about all the damage I could find. Did you see something in particular??
