Tim, if SMMC has taken over the assets of a former operation, would the permits go with the deal considering the extraction methods have changed from the original permit? According to the release of July 13/99, Orex states that the mine is "fully permitted for gold mining and leach operations".

LOL ... you are really showing your experience .. I got my information straight from the BLM and owe $20.00 for it. Oh and the BLM told the companies do not show up on claims which is why I had to search the claims.

World Vanadium has been domant for 2 years. but they have assets.

LOL ... We shall see. But then there is a lot I do not know about.

Bottomline. the HGP is going to be field tested on this claim of the SMH and SMR and the people registered on the claims are part of the two acquistion / merger coming in. So I guess they know what are doing.

FMC's report does exist by the assessment I just posted because it references it. ALso a mine exists. SO you have a good day naysaying.
