Ray - What do they mean by "floorless" over there? As I recall, the WSTL debentures do have a floor (a reset price of $4.4604) as well as a limitation of a sort on the number of shares than can be issued in that, at least without shareholder approval, the debenture-holders can't get shares aggregating more than 20% of outstanding common stock.
