I think the Republicans leadership are screwing themselves on this tax plan. I think they should be lining up with Greenspan on paying off the national debt. People understand that political and financial issue and most of us realize that we're mortgaging the future. Pay down the debt, but fight the battle to prevent the politicians from spending the surplus. But lower taxes must be considered as Greenspan states when the economy begins to slow down. It's a real complex issue, to say the least, but I think Greenies probably on track with this and congress should be paying heed. What's your opinion on how we should be the Agricultural subsidies and aid??
