I hoped I was clear that IF the key was a simple On/Off type of Registry entry or adding ONE key as directed by Microsoft, it wouldn't hurt to try it, but back-up the Registry first.

What I found was a real rat's nest of stuff that was best left alone. If it wasn't clear the first time, here it is again:

(1) A professional is someone with a backup they know is good and has the ability to restore the system using it. They probably learned how to do this after losing a year or two of work as an amateur.
