Bob, you are "too loose" with numbers, 5000 is 50% of 10,000 not 5%. I would think that you need to realize that when you base yourself on an internet model, than you accept conversion rates from "hits" that are under 1%, or you do the normal one on one marketing and sales approach and then you have massive costs associated. I think that you mentioned some major mailings, a total of between 400,000 to 500,000 scheduled just for the next two months (if we add the numbers you cited last week). These mailing need to be followed up and closed. Take into account that in many schools the "charitable" approach was already fixed for this year last June, you can assume that from the 10,000 or so that bothered to respond you would be lucky to get 10%.

Moreover, you are deluding yourself (and Gordon probably is deluding himself, or in a wonton fashion disseminating through you false information), that TSIG will net $4.75 per card. That assumes that their selling and production costs per cards will be $.75, until I see this, I have no reason to believe a single word coming out of TSIG's management. Maybe it is time they deliver first and then compensate themselves for the good work, not the other way around.

You are setting yourself up for disappointment, and worse, you do that after you have been disappointed by the same management before, causing you to sell into the "Marty for the Board" hype induced price rise, just do not mislead the newbies of this thread with RG generated (mis)information.

You could have asked some pointed questions instead of accepting all the soothing RG showered on you. For instance, what does it take and cost to do a mailing and what is the response rate to such a mailing. By now hundreds of thousands mailers should have gone out. What is the response? What is the closing rate? Does TSIG have at this point a commitment from even a single school to use the musicards for charitable fund raising? I doubt it. If it does, it would be educational to find out how the school was mobilized into these ranks.

Furthermore, if the deal for funding was "already cooked" why don't you know for how much cash is that deal (forget about if it is or not floorless).
