I don't buy that view about the japanese..I think they are just trying to postpone the inevitable.. they have done everything possible to discourage their citizens from purchasing who knows..maybe they are a lot more clever than we think and hold a grudge about our nuking them maybe they flooded the world with liquidity so there would be a gigantic financial meltdown down the road and once again their industriousness would bring them supremacy :-) ps I don't want to start a discussion re using that bomb..one never will know how many US lives it saved..how many Japanese lives it saved..and at least they didn't bomb the holy city..
