This information is very old. It refers to the previous generation rdram which was called Concurrent rdram or just rdram for short. This is not the current Direct rdram which is often called drdram to distinguish it from the older generation.

The clear tip off is that the rdram chip only supports 8 bits of data width and not 16 or 18 as in drdram.
