Jim,

SACO is a subsidiary of a company called TEKNOR !

Their trading symbol is TIC (on the Toronto exchange). This company had many divisions and recently, Teknor has decided to sell every division except their billboards (SACO). It was the only profit making division and they decided to concentrate on this niche!!!

Teknor has been around for a while but not SACO. SACO has been here for a couple of years. Their beginning was difficult (just like ADOT's) but they has persevered and succeeded! You need to make yourself known to the market and with a good marketing team, this can be achieved.

So when I refer to SACO, I refer to TEKNOR. In reality, it is SACO that does the hard work (and TEKNOR gets the credit -- but then again, that is what subsidiaries are for).

I also found out that TEKNOR has 16MM shares outstanding but this could be outdated info since it dates from Nov. 98 !

You guys must be wondering how come I know so much (and I have much more to say, if anyone is listening). I have very close contact with people who use to work for the marketing division of SACO. No inside info BUT I have seen the product, seen the billboards and know the potential. The United States is a very big market for this product and it sells like crazy!!!

ADOT keep your eyes open and keep up the good work !

Regards,
CK.

Here is another press release dated August 3rd

SACO Wins First Sports Stadium Contract in Europe

VILLE-ST-LAURENT, QUEBEC--The Company announces that it has been
awarded a contract to manufacture two screens for the El Real
Valladolid soccer stadium in Spain. Worth $2.4 million, these
high-resolution screens will each be 22 square metres in area and
are scheduled for delivery this year.

"Before choosing SmartVision technology, this client went to view
some of the screens we have installed in stadiums in the United
States. Our products' resolution and visibility convinced them,"
explained Fred Jalbout, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief
Executive Officer of SACO.

"We have an enviable position in the entertainment industry in
Europe and are beginning to penetrate the sports stadium market,
which holds tremendous potential for the Company. To take full
advantage of this potential, we plan to open a European sales and
technical support office in the near future. With a few screens
installed and the addition of an office on site, we will then be
able to rapidly raise our profile and increase our sales in
Europe," concluded Mr. Jalbout.

SACO SmartVision Inc. is the largest company worldwide
specializing in the design and manufacture of giant new-generation
screens. SACO has emerged as the world leader in the
entertainment industry and among leasing companies thanks to the
technological advantages of its screens, which are used by
well-known artists such as Janet Jackson, Celine Dion and the
Spice Girls. The Company occupies an enviable position in
professional sports, having manufactured screens for the Baltimore
Ravens, the Cincinnati Reds and the Houston Astros. Its products,
which are also used in the racing and advertising industries, are
sold in North America, Europe and Asia.
