Know any good Brokers? I know now that I need one! According to the North American Securities ASS ociation (NASA) only 11% of day traders make a profit and over 70% of them loose everything. The report also says that some day traders receive training but they aren't told everything that the pro's know! And on top of this Mr. Dan Rather (I'd Rather watch someone else) of the CBS evening news is going to do an EXPOSE of day traders tonight. I can understand the NASA having a vested interest but what's Rather's axe to grind, maybe his mother was a day trader and she argued a lot with his mother? gg MG, last week we talked about our trading environment. I have a Dell Inspiron 7000 with a Ricochet wireless modem for the platform and subscribe to IQ Charts which is a real time charting service. IQ updates the price on my candlestick chart once a minute and has all the regular stuff like Stochastics, MACD, moving averages etc. Because of the way TB raised me (gg) I would have a tough time trading without a real time system. I use the wireless modem because I still come to my 8-5 job and they have a thing against someone pushing real time applications across the LAN and our Internet interface. (bandwidth, both theirs and mine don't you know) Congrats on T, wish I was there! :( If T goes up another bone today does that make it a T bone? gg CU TM
