My OE 5.0 is provided by A T&T ...My ISP.... That's what it says on the top header... Do you think that's the problem? I too just loaded Win 98 last month .. It's the new second edition,, So why the heck wouldn't everything we need be in it?

I'm at a loss to explain the rationale behind it. I've e-mailed A T&T and never got an answer. One of the great mysteries of computer life...

wily, [edited] I use Lotus Wordpro, but I didn't have it
the first 3 weeks. I do not have MS Word, just Wordpad that
comes with Win98 and has no spell checker. But spell check in OE works.

PS: we had a discussion about Lamar's spell checker last
September. Shortly after that the market crashed. I hope
history won't repeat. :)
