KRY doesnït have a good chance of winning LC. The court decision showed that. You must be a risky investor. As for other investments in the junior market, start looking at companies with no debt and excellent properties. Also and probably more important with ones that are investing their cash into exploration and development rather than risky court battles.

The risk is that management will bet everything again. This company cannot afford this battle. The company should be focused on paying of the debt without giving pay raises to management and big fat bonus. With the purchase payments to Mael and adding in the lawyers fees, to hold shares in this company is very risky. Where do you think the shares will be in two years?

I still donït understand the big payments to pay for Mael. What is management thinking. Since Mael lost the last court decision, the purchase price should be a lot lower.
