Bearcub, I'm not admonishing you for disagreeing with me. I'm admonishing you over personal attacks about me in particular. You have called me, in essense, a liar over something that I have no reason to lie about, namely how my wife and I met or whether or not she was hunkering in a heavily guarded latrine while the menfolk went "hunting scalps" (implying that she was incapable of performing her duties). Not only is none of this relevant to the discussion of Y2K, but is derogatory towards women soldiers. Women are often quite capable of fighting in combat, but that is not the point. The point is mixing the sexes in combat units where soldiers live and fight in close quarters. The Russians created entire military formations "manned" by female personnel and they performed quite well during WWII. There were female tank crewman, female combat pilots, and female anti-aircraft units. Btw, where did I threaten you with an M-16?? Unless, you are merely referring to the some threat to your manhood being faced with the fact that a women could outshoot you in competition. Are you really that paranoid that think someone is coming to hunt you down?? I take that as a accusation that I have threatened you. That is blatantly false and slanderous, constitute harassment or me, and thus a violation of the SI TOS. I have not threaten you. You, in fact, seem to feel some need to seek a threat when none is presented. Spreading such false accusations are something I don't take lightly. So please drop all your personal attacks towards me and get back on the subject at hand.
