move of $1.50, since that represents 3 boxes for stocks under $20.


Since the bottom of the present "o" column is at $10.50, doesn't the next column get established if the stock touches $12? Or is that different from a "buy signal"?

Yup, CSFB may have a vested interest, but their arguments in the rest of the article were credible - they even expected current year earnings to be a lot less than the present average. I'll be happier though when Prudential says the same thing!
