Fatt Matt ,
I'm not sure if you're kidding or not , but I'm very sure about my answer to your question,...
as sure as the moon belong to earth
You definitely can trade a stock at every exchange, depends on sec reg of the exchange, doesn't matter the MC of company, still the same, ......
MC depends only on stock quote and outstanding shares, nothing , really nothing else
Regards
Vision

Fatt Matt,
You can at the same time trade a stock at NY, moon (no stock exchange there)
Frankfurt and somewhere at earth. It does not affect the # outstanding shares and with that
MC!!!!! # outstanding shares remains always the same!!!
Current # outstanding shares X current quote = current MC
The trading volume distributes itself on many different stock exchanges.
Due to of information also no arbitrages are possible, at the most
very small arbitrages or by coincidence only.

Fatt or fatt is meaningless , senseless in German language.
Even no first name , maybe a last name.....
Greetings
Vision
