I'm chortling at the thought of some poor Star-Telegram person looking at these complimentary comments coming in (well- I assume they're complimentary) where normally they probably get none and thinking- huh? Denver, Houston? San Francisco? What is this? I was reading a book about "selling your manuscript" and it says you should, when you submit, give an idea of the market to which you think it might appeal. Maybe I should say that I have friends in high places all over the U.S. who actually buy books.
