Tish, World's Oldest Goldfish, Dead: No Soup For Nasty

LONDON (Rooters) - He spent his life going around in circles, but still
achieved international fame.

Tish, the world's oldest known captive goldfish, has died at the age of (at
least) 43.

Last year Tish, having acquired a distinguished silver color, was recognized
by the Guinness Book of Records as the world's oldest captive goldfish.

He was found dead at the bottom of his fish tank earlier this week along with Nasty Nathanc bent over the tank pouring in salt and pepper.

"I am very sad ...Over the years we have become very close and I could
sense if he was happy or not, the owner said.

"Nasty will be non too difficult to replace."

$121,900 For A Public Toilet? DSGumby and Nasty Nathanc Leave The Neighborhood

LONDON (Rooters) - Some derelicts' public lavatory fetched $121,900 at an auction Monday when developers eager to acquire land in London pushed up the price.

The lavatory in the east London district of Hackney was placed on the market
for 55,000 pounds but vigorous bidding added another 21,000 pounds before it
went under the auctioneer's hammer, the London Evening Standard reported.

It said the new owners planned to convert the building into two apartments.

"It's definitely an unusual property. There is still pretty much the same framework inside, including the ladies and gents toilets(separate buckets). The only thing we didn't sell was our collection of empty TBird bottles - you never know when guests are going to arrive," DSGumby was quoted as saying.
