It was not a case of neglect, just standard boilerplate language -mandatory whenever amd is involved. Kind of worn out don't you think? The important info to be gained from that story is the release date and the pricing. $849 is a nice price you must agree. (>12x 2nd qtr asps!)

That's not the buzz this time around.

You and I both know that that 21% gain for the intc stock is pretty tenuous. And I think it will get a lot more tenuous after this coming week.
