I would not be surprised to find that the claims are held in the names of individuals. The permits might also be in the names of individuals.

Start your search with Donald L. Blackburn. He also is listed as the owner of "Gold Ridge" (it has the same business address as Santa Maria and World Vanadium). Also check out his "partner", Lynn.

In other words, go to recorder.maricopa.gov and type in "Gold Ridge" (no quotes), as well as "Blackburn Donald L", and also scroll to "Blackburn Lynn". Note that Lynn controls properties in Colorado-- so she could very well be the Colorado connection mentioned by ORXX.

No I never said you did. Whatever permits for WV are probably in Nevada. I have not be able to get anything to research on that property. I got the Santa Maria River Project and it lead to the Santa Maria Homestake which lead to the BLM. From the BLM I found out had individual names on the claims and the serial numbers. I do not know the process but I am learning. Takes us uneducated morons a bit longer to verify what experienced people in the industry can do.

However, I will get it though.
