Bob, take the blinders off, the disaster has already happened remember, when I first came here to sound the floorless warning the stock was at $.40, I would say that $.067 or so is disaster enough. The question is whether the disaster continues and this stock goes to half its current value in three months or if TSIG by some miracle that changes the innate nature of its management, gets on its feet (and not just a hype induced rally to let bandits short a little more and sucker in few more newbies and "averaging down" investors).

You still did not say what does LL gets, TSIG gets $4.25, the user pays $10, the school gets $5, does that means that LL gets $.75? Does TSIG pays from its $4.25 for all its expenses (is the $.25 "cost" part of the $.75 LL gets or part of the $4.25 TSIG gets). Then of course, the simple question of what additional costs are incurred and to whom they are charged, is a valid one. I understood that the LL relationship so far cost $700 K (I have seen on the thread a figure of $1 MM, but I know not wherefrom it came). As far as I understood the ramblings on the thread, the 10,000 (5000, which one now?) schools that responded did only express "interest", from there to a sale, is a long way. I presume you are telling us that we really will not know until September 15th. Fine. But then I presume that some time from the moment a school says "I am in" to the time the kids go on the street and sell the card. How long? two weeks? two months? In the best case, let say two weeks, then nothing moves until October 1st, thus no revenues whatsoever in the third quarter and we need to finance the last quarter and the present quarter (and probably the last quarter as well, since money takes time to flow back in one way or the other.) That is a lot of new shares even if that goes out at $.075.
