Why are the revenues so flat compared to other e commerce companies? Other companies in this sector are exhibiting growth rates of 50% year over year. This company has been flat for the last several quarters.

Is there a way to immediately talk to a HUMAN BEING rather than a voice menu if something goes wrong!

I don't know what Transpoint's customer service is like, but this certainly is an asset for Checkfree. Pete Kight keeps saying, "This is a service business."
