Hi Eric,

I'm assuming/hoping BNBN will straighten itself out eventually. I like their front-end a lot better than AMZN's.

In general, I avoid buying from AMZN; the site feels like a midlife crisis. I do use it when I want to send a book to a friend, since reliability becomes more important in situations like that.

Just to balance out the viewpoint here, I've ordered approximately five books from barnesandnoble.com over the
past six months, and had a great a experience with all my orders - finding the books was easy, on-line ordering was
easy, and the books arrived within 2-3 days as I expected.

Thanks,
-Eric

Might it be agreed that customer loyalty depends upon customer service? That is my point.
