HOT STOCKS-Japan: Softbank, TEPCO TOKYO, Aug 9 (Reuters) - The following stocks are on the move on Monday: 0020 GMT - Softbank Corp <9984.T> bid-only at 28,420 yen against its Friday close of 27,420, while Tokyo Electric Power Co Inc <9501.T> up 150 yen or 5.73 percent at 2,770. Japanese media reported on Monday that the two firms and Microsoft Corp <MSFT.O> of the United States had agreed to establish a telecoms joint venture to offer fixed-rate telecommunications services for Internet users in Japan.
