Let me clarify my point: I don't believe there is much room for Amazon to establish an advantage over competitors
in this area. Having the product you say you have and shipping it in the time you claim you can is not rocket science.
Certainly some companies will get it wrong. But a lot of companies will get it right - and their won't be much
difference between them (in my view).

We pretty much agree here. Those that do the execution the best will do the best. No firm will be perfect. It is not rocket science as you stated but it is not easy either when there are a lot of products. The firms with the lowest price will likely have the worst execution in my opinion. This is an generality. There will be exceptions.
