What is a gap rally short method? Is that where it falls below the gap to go short?

I would think it would be hard to short much now, shares are running real low. And I do think the market risk is very high. The queston is, will we rally some from here and will the drop bring is below where we are now at. I have noticed that a lot before. I keep waiting for the lows and never seem to get it since by the time its safe, everything is back up with a much higher risk.

Ofcourse a lot has to do with has the instituions got their fill or not, cause when they have accumulated it might still fall, but suddenly they pop like rockets.
